Valeria Konina is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Business Assistant to the Co-Founder/Shareholder at MaximaTelecom JSC since September 2022. Previously, Valeria held the position of Chief of Staff and Private PA to the Founder at Uzum, and before that, served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at VK where responsibilities included onboarding, recruitment, training, and advising Executive Leaders. Valeria's career began at Mail.ru Group as Executive PA to multiple C-Suite Executives, handling extensive administrative tasks and serving as a liaison between departments and external suppliers. Valeria's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
