Alexander Teplov is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including telecommunications and research institutions. Currently serving as Quality Director at MaximaTelecom JSC since March 2015, Alexander previously led the Project Management Office at FGBU "SIC" "Kurchatov Institute" from April 2014 to March 2015, focusing on unified automatic control systems for synchrotron and nuclear reactor research stations. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Management System Improvement Director at MTS Group from June 2007 to October 2013, where Alexander specialized in quality system development, project management, and organizational improvement strategies. Academically, Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in Mathematical Methods in Economics from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, a bachelor's degree in economics from Volgograd State Technical University, and an engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Technical Jobs in Russia.
