Raitis Tučs has extensive experience in fire safety and security systems management, currently serving as the Fire Safety & Security Systems Manager in the Security Department at Maxima Latvija since May 2017, where responsibilities include planning, overseeing, and developing operations in alignment with the company's strategic goals while managing and motivating department leaders and staff to ensure safety standards. Previously, Raitis held the position of Fire Safety Specialist at NABITO ARCHITECTS in 2012 and completed a design internship. Raitis has a professional degree in fire detection and fire alarm planning and maintenance from the Latvian Fire Fighting Association training center Preventa, alongside a Master's degree in Material Technology and Design from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, as well as additional studies in Design and Product Management at Fachhochschule Salzburg.
