Joe Carroll is a seasoned professional in business development and military operations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Maxar Technologies since September 2024, Carroll previously held managerial positions at Spire, focusing on federal space initiatives from June 2022 to August 2024. Carroll is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where a diverse range of leadership roles included Assistant Operations Officer and Company Commander, alongside extensive training in various military programs. An alumnus of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Carroll furthered education at Marine Corps University, completing the Expeditionary Warfare School in 2019.
