Melissa Powers began their career in 2016 when they became the Owner of Albertson Realty. Melissa also became the Chief Executive Officer of Albertson Ventures in the same year. In 2017, they took on the roles of Director Of Operations and Director Of Marketing And Business Development at Max Wave Media Inc.

Melissa Powers attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Interior Design with a 4.0 GPA.
