Ifat Nir-Katz has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ifat is currently the VP and Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at MAX STOCK - מקס סטוק. Prior to this, they held the position of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at the same company.

Before joining MAX STOCK, Ifat worked as a Partner at ZAG-S&W (Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co.), specializing in corporate and capital markets law. Ifat'sexpertise includes representing public and private companies in Israel, with a focus on the retail sector. Ifat has extensive experience in corporate and securities laws, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and corporate governance.

Ifat also served as the Chief Legal Officer & Legal Corporate Secretary at Hamashbir 365 Holdings Ltd, a public retail holding company. In this role, they provided legal advice to the company's board of directors and business unit managers on various legal matters, including contracts, securities law, competition law, labor law, and consumer law. Ifat also gained experience in public and private offerings, annual reports, and commercial transactions.

Early in their career, Ifat worked at Epstein, Chomsky, Osnat & Co. law offices, where they gained valuable experience before moving on to their subsequent roles.

Ifat Nir-Katz completed their education at two different universities. Ifat first attended Reichman University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Business. Ifat then pursued higher education at Bar-Ilan University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Negotiation Program.
