Mohamed Farag possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at QNB Group since October 2016. In addition, Mohamed has held multiple roles at Global Contact Center GCC, including Quality Assurance Agent and Talent Management since June 2014, and has worked as a Sales Representative and Operations Assistant at Max Muscle Sports Nutrition Egypt since September 2014. Further experience includes a position as Telesales Representative with Global Contact Center from August 2014 and as an OGCDP Member with AIESEC from 2012 to 2013. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce English Section, completed in 2015.
