Johan Stanler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as the Founder and Chairman of the Board at Advokat Johan Stanlers Stipendiestiftelse since September 2023, Johan previously held roles including Attorney at Law and Partner at Appeal Advokatbyrå AB from April 2019 until September 2024, although a career break for health reasons occurred during this time. Johan's legal expertise was further developed at Finansinspektionen as a Legal Counsellor from June 2018 to April 2019, and as County Legal Counsel at Länsstyrelsen Stockholm from December 2015 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Domstolsverket and interning at Hamilton Advokatbyrå. Johan co-founded and partnered with Smozle AB from December 2000 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University, along with diplomas in Economic History and Political Science from Stockholm University.
