Michael Provus has had extensive work experience in the media and advertising industry. Michael started their career at Young & Rubicam as a Senior Specialist in 1997. Michael then worked at Hearst Magazines as the New York Manager for Esquire from 1999 to 2000. Provus joined Dennis Publishing in 2000 and served as the Publisher for Stuff until 2005. Michael then became the Principal & Publisher at GIANT from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Conde Nast as the Advertising Director for GQ & Vanity Fair. Provus joined Wenner Media in 2010, where they held various roles including Associate Publisher for Rolling Stone from 2010 to 2014, Publisher for Rolling Stone from 2014 to 2016, and Chief Revenue Officer for Rolling Stone, Men's Journal, and Glixel from 2016 to 2018. Michael is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at MAX (Music Audience Exchange), a tech company specializing in music partnerships.
