Mitchell Chicha, P.E., has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the Max J. Kuney Company, Mitchell oversees significant rehabilitation projects such as the Upriver Dam Spillway and the Post Street Bridge Replacement. Prior roles at Kiewit Bridge and Marine included Structural Superintendent for the Homer M. Hadley Floating Bridge and various superintendent positions involved with complex projects like the Farrington Guideway and 520 Floating Bridge. Mitchell began the career as a Field Engineer, contributing to diverse projects and estimating processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, Mitchell combines technical expertise with robust leadership experience.
