Naama Gabai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and HR business partnering. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and HRBP Manager at max מקס since October 2015, Naama manages a team of five HR business partners and supports a diverse workforce of 1,500 employees, from team leaders to VPs. Prior experience includes a role as Organizational Development Specialist and HR Business Partner at Leumi Card, as well as positions in organizational development and training at Menora and Metalink. Naama holds a Master of Business Administration in Business and Management Psychology from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
