Dvir Omer has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Dvir is currently the Head of Credit Risk Management at Max מקס, where they manage a team and is responsible for credit risk control. Prior to this, they were the owner and founder of Tailoz, a company that provided customized financial strategies. Dvir also worked at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank as the Head of Credit Innovation, where they established the bank's credit innovation protocol. Additionally, they founded and owned an e-commerce retail business called Sheaf Market. Earlier in their career, Dvir held various roles at Bank Leumi, including Customer Relationship Manager, Credit Risk Manager, and Special Credits Associate. In these roles, they managed credit portfolios, developed tailored credit solutions, and focused on recovering credit exposures.
Dvir Omer pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance, General from the same university between 2009 and 2011.
