Bill Watts has been a partner at Max Fordham LLP since 1980, currently serving as a senior partner. Bill founded the Sahara Forest Project in 2010, where responsibilities included the design and delivery of engineering services for the Pilot in Qatar and the Launch Station in Jordan, along with involvement in studies studying the implementation of similar facilities in Tunisia and Australia. Bill holds a BA in Zoology from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Fish Behaviour from the University of Stirling, with early education at Bryanston.
