Gihan De Silva is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager and Site Reliability Engineer at Max Communications since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gihan held the position of Senior Engineer at Wiley Sri Lanka from July 2020 to November 2022 and worked as a DevOps Engineer at Mitra Innovation between April 2018 and July 2020. Gihan's career began at Duo Software, where roles included Senior Implementation Engineer/Analyst, Implementation Engineer/Analyst, and Associate Implementation Engineer/Analyst from September 2013 to March 2018. Gihan holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Management Information Systems from University College Dublin (2011-2013), a Higher Diploma in Computer Based Information System from the National Institute of Business Management (2010-2011), and a Diploma in Computer System Design from the same institution (2009-2010).
