Marcos Soto has a solid background in logistics and operations management, spanning over 20 years. Marcos most recently worked as an Operations Manager at Mawdsleys in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Gerente de Operações e E-commerce at Motus Serviços Ltda, where they were responsible for automated e-commerce operations, implementation of PCP cells, and inventory management. Marcos also developed and implemented KPIs, mobile BI, and SLA operations.

Earlier in their career, Marcos was a Contract Supervisor at CEVA Logistics, overseeing the management of a team of 300 employees and the administration of a facility with a capacity of 165.

Marcos Soto obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they attended from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, they completed their MBA in Strategic Administration at Estácio from 2013 to 2018. Marcos also pursued professional coaching through Line Coaching, where they received training in Professional & Self Coaching/Life Coaching and obtained certifications in Business Coach and Líder Coach in 2019. In 2017 to 2018, they underwent coaching training at Line Coaching.

Furthermore, Marcos Soto completed their undergraduate degree in Business Logistics from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, which they attended from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Marcos acquired several qualifications. Notably, they obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer in May 2020. In 2019, they attained a Green Belt certification from Escola EDTI. Moreover, in 2013, they completed an MBA in Strategic Administration from Estácio.
