Larry Reese has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Larry started their career as a Field Engineer at Brand Site Services in 1989, where they were responsible for production and cost tracking and assisting with project coordination. In 1992, they joined National Surface Cleaning as an Estimator and worked there until 1999. Larry then joined Mavo Systems in 2000 as a Project Manager/Owner, specializing in asbestos/lead abatement and managing various other services such as HVAC cleaning, mold abatement, and water/fire/storm remediation.

Larry Reese attended International Falls High School from 1979 to 1983 where they studied Engineering Physics. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Bemidji State University from 1983 to 1988. During their time at Bemidji State University, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Engineering Physics.
