Laure Vieira holds extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Maviflex since February 2023, where responsibilities include HR project deployment, recruitment support, employee training management, and social relations. Previously, Laure worked at Abylsen as Chargée de développement RH, overseeing HR development for over 400 employees, and at Centre Léon Bérard as Chargée de mission GPEC, managing skills development and GPEC processes for 1800 collaborators. Additional experience includes roles at SMA France in various HR capacities, focusing on training, recruitment, and personnel administration, as well as earlier positions at Brun Invest and Intermarché. Laure Vieira obtained a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines et Organisation from iaelyon School of Management and holds prior qualifications in management and commercial techniques.
