Prior to Mavi.io, Cynthia served as the Director on the Board of Directors at Bear Down Brands. Cynthia also worked as an Advisor at Xenesis, providing strategic guidance to the company.
Cynthia has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including being the CEO of Omnitail Strategies. At Omnitail Strategies, they founded and managed a consulting firm that specialized in strategy, technology, and operations consulting for retailers, wholesalers, and CPG brands. Cynthia was instrumental in implementing a unified global ecommerce strategy for a leading fashion brand, transforming the supply chain and inventory management process for a major wholesaler, and digitizing the sales and order management process for a direct-to-consumer manufacturer.
Cynthia also served as the President U.S. at eShopWorld, where they helped drive cross-border sales growth and international expansion for global brands.
Cynthia has a strong background in technology and has served on the advisory boards of LongWater Opportunities and Luxury Trading Club. Cynthia was also the CEO and Founder of Knowledge Strategies Group, an Internet consulting firm that became an industry leader in revenue growth strategies and ecommerce.
Earlier in their career, Cynthia worked as a Strategy Consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. (a Bain & Company spin-off), where they focused on revenue growth strategies and consumer trend forecasting in the retail and financial services industries.
Throughout their career, Cynthia has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, market analysis, and execution, and has been instrumental in driving growth for various companies in the retail and eCommerce sectors.
Cynthia Hollen holds a Bachelor's Degree from Barnard College, where they double majored in Computer Science and English. Cynthia also possesses a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School, although specific dates for both degrees are unavailable.
