Kyle is the Founder & CEO of Mavericks Recruiting on Demand, where they provide recruiting and sourcing services to companies of all sizes. Kyle'sclients have included notable companies such as FedEx, Plaid, and WeedMaps.

In addition to their role at Mavericks, Kyle has held roles as a Talent Advisor at Terrace and Ripple, where they provided guidance and support in talent acquisition. Kyle also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Venmo and a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager at PayPal, overseeing recruitment efforts for Venmo, Braintree, and Hyperwallet.

Prior to these positions, Kyle worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter at Braintree, and as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Project Lead at BINC.
