Daniel Barroso has a strong background in various roles within the technology and healthcare industries. Daniel is currently working as a Business Intelligence Developer at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Proprietary Equity Trader at Maverick Trading, where they utilized program trading and maintained Python Scripts for equity orders. Daniel also gained experience as a Systems and Data Analyst Coordinator at Jones Memorial Hospital and as a Clinical Trials Data Manager at ACM Global Central Laboratory. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Engineer and Application Support Engineer at Modis and RailComm respectively. Daniel has held IT support roles at Corning Incorporated, Welch Allyn, and Xerox. Daniel also has experience in remote IT support as a part-time role at Unisys.

Daniel Barroso attended SUNY Brockport from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to SUNY Brockport, they attended Aviation High School, where they received a NYS Regents High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Daniel Barroso obtained a certification in "Windows Server 2016: Manage Monitor and Maintain Servers" from LinkedIn in June 2017.
