Ken Campbell, P.E. has over 40 years of work experience in automation engineering and control systems. Ken started their career as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy, specializing in reactor control division on a nuclear submarine. Following their military service, Ken worked at Shell Chemicals LP for almost two decades, where they served as Control Systems Team Lead and provided leadership for construction teams and start-up control engineers. Ken then joined Dow as a Senior Lead Process Automation Engineer, where they supported capital and expense projects and led the design and implementation of site-wide improvement projects. Ken later worked at AMVAC Chemical Corporation as an Axis Site Automation and Control Systems Engineer, providing support for site DCS, PLC, and associated control systems. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Automation Engineer at MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company.
Ken Campbell, P.E. holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Idaho. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer in Control Systems from the State of Louisiana through the institution LAPELS in January 2013.
