Darel Harmening, PMP, has over 24 years of work experience in various roles in the engineering and automation fields. Darel started their career at Cargill in 1996 as a Process Control Engineer. Darel then joined Pfizer Global Manufacturing in 2001 as a Sr. Automation Engineer and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Mead Johnson Nutrition as a Sr. Automation Engineer and stayed with the company until 2015. Since 2015, Darel has been working at MAVERICK Technologies, a Rockwell Automation Company, where they initially served as a Project Manager and then promoted to the role of Engineering Team Leader in April 2020. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Darel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their work.

Darel Harmening, PMP, pursued their education from 1991 to 1995 at South Dakota Mines, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
