Adelia Idencio possesses extensive experience in home and community health care nursing, focusing on hospice and palliative care, dementia, Alzheimer’s care, and rehabilitation. Currently serving at Mavencare since August 2017, Adelia also operates independently since October 2015. Previous roles include RAI-MDS Coordinator and RAI-MDS/Rehab Coordinator at Leisureworld Inc., where Adelia was involved in point of care implementation and training using the RAI-MDS tools. Additionally, Adelia has served as Charge Nurse at the Tony Stacey Centre for Veterans Care and as a Surgical Assistant at Seager Hair Transplant Centre. Education includes a Nursing Diploma from George Brown College and a BScN in Nursing from Purple Cow Public Relations Agency and Centro Escolar University.
