Megan Gray Donahue has a diverse work experience in various roles. Megan started working in 2012 as a Program Coordinator at the Strafford County Family Justice Center, where they stayed until 2014. Following this, they worked as a Domestic Violence Victim Advocate at Haven (formerly A Safe Place) from December 2013 to October 2014. In 2014, they joined DHHS, DCYF as a Child Protective Services Worker- Assessment/Investigation until October 2016. Megan then transitioned to the role of Forensic Interviewer at The Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County from October 2016 to December 2018. From December 2018 to April 2020, they worked as an Account Program Manager at Bags 4 My Cause. Currently, Megan is employed by Maven Research since 2022, first as a Client Advisor from January 2022 to January 2023, and then as a Key Account Manager without a specified end date.

Megan Gray Donahue attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
