Hazal Gunduz Ozguven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and transformation leadership. From September 2020 to April 2022, Hazal served as the Chief Operating and Transformation Officer at Beymen. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Garanti Bank from May 2009 to September 2020 included roles as Director, Head of Customer Analytics, and Director of Organization and Business Process Engineering, among others in the Business Process Engineering domain. Earlier in the career, Hazal worked as a Process Development Specialist at TEB from September 2007 to May 2009. Educational credentials include dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and English Language and Literature from Boğaziçi University, complemented by a high school diploma from İzmir Özel Türk Koleji.
