Rong Chen is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Maven Clinic since December 2022. Previously, Rong held the position of Head of Engineering for IT SaaS Products at Rippling, overseeing various products related to identity, security, device management, and more from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that role, Rong was the Director of Engineering at Compass, managing infrastructure and data platforms from April 2019 to August 2021. Rong's experience also includes serving as a Software Engineer Lead at Airbnb, focusing on payments from January 2018 to April 2019, and a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where responsibilities included Azure from June 2006 to January 2018.
