Abigail Midlige has a diverse range of work experience. Abigail began their career as a Summer Intern at Coughlin Duffy LLP in 2015. In 2016, they served as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame. The following year, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies from January to May. In 2018, Abigail joined Teach For America as a Corps Member, where they taught in under-resourced public schools for two years while pursuing a Masters of Arts in Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education. Abigail then transitioned to becoming a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education, holding the position from August 2018 to August 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Graduate Student Intern at NYC Health + Hospitals in July and August, before joining Health Management Associates as a Consultant from September 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Abigail is a Program Operations Associate at Maven Clinic, starting in March 2023.
Abigail Midlige completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Notre Dame from 2014 to 2018. Abigail then pursued a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at the Relay Graduate School of Education from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master's of Public Health degree with a focus on Leadership in Practice.
