Swati S Kelkar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and sourcing across various prominent companies in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at maurices since August 2020, Swati is responsible for product vision and driving growth. Prior to this role, Swati held the position of Chief Sourcing Officer and was involved in business development for new launches at Kit and Ace, overseeing design, sourcing, and merchandising for women’s and tweens. Swati’s career also includes significant positions at Kenneth Cole Productions as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain / Sourcing and Product Operations, Talbots as Senior Vice President of Global Product Management and Sourcing, and American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Sourcing.
