Katherine Smyth is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers since November 2016, Katherine has held multiple positions within the organization, including Employee Services & Systems Manager and HR Manager for NSW/ACT. Prior to this, Katherine worked as a Human Resources Consultant at MYOB and as an HRIS Systems Specialist at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK). With a foundational start in human resources as a Graduate at OfficeMax Australia, Katherine has developed a robust skill set in employee services and systems. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and has obtained several certifications from TTI Success Insights, including Certified Professional Motivators Analyst and Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst.
