Luke Tatti is a Culinary Scientist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently employed at Mattson since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tatti held positions as a Senior Food Technologist at Hooray Foods and as a Food Technologist at Energy Bar Foodsâ„¢, focusing on product innovation and quality control. With a strong background in research and development at Methodology, Tatti specialized in gluten-free and dairy-free foods, creating vegan and collagen-based protein bars. Previous roles include leadership in culinary operations at various establishments, including Chef to Go Catering and Mumm Napa, as well as foundational culinary training at The Culinary Institute of America, where Tatti obtained both a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in culinary disciplines.
