Aditi Walia has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies. Aditi started their career in 2014 as a Customer Care Executive at Allsec Technologies Limited and worked there until 2016. Aditi then joined Aegis Limited as a Sr. Executive from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined MattsenKumar LLC and held various roles including Quality Assurance Specialist (2017-2018), Performance Specialist (2018-2021), and currently serves as a Client Services Team Lead.
Aditi Walia completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2011 to 2013.
