John Christian Kuehnert has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they started as Co-Founder and CEO of Clerk. John Christian Kuehnert then took on the role of Vice President of Operations and Director of Growth at Surv, where they managed day-to-day administrative and operational functions, rolled out Surv+, grew the team from 9 FTE to 26 FTE, overhauled task management and documents organization, created the Surv Guarantee, and developed KPIs for each department. In 2022, they became Founder and Executive Director of Project Crohn's and Co-Founder of MattressCycle.

John Christian Kuehnert received their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and History from Covenant College. John Christian Kuehnert then went on to become a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford's Christ Church and Wycliffe Hall. In October 2022, they obtained the Philos Pathfinder certification from The Philos Project.
