Saif Alobaidi is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in field support and technical services. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Field Support at Mattress Firm since August 2014, Saif has progressively advanced through various roles, including Manager of IT Field Support, Service Desk Supervisor, IT Support Specialist II, and IT Support Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Support Analyst at AT&T from September 2013 to August 2014 and as an IT Support Engineer at Albaghdadia Satellite Channel from February 2012 to August 2013. Saif holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Greenwich, completed in 2012.
