Aditya Pajjuru is a skilled technology leader specializing in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at Mattress Firm since July 2023, Aditya has previously held significant roles including Director of Software Engineering at Ascension from 2018 to June 2023, where notable contributions included the development of the Surgery Scheduling Manager, impacting a vast network of clinical practices and surgeons. Aditya's experience also encompasses a decade at Qualcomm in various capacities, enhancing payroll processes through innovative tool development, and positions at Cisco Systems and Zensar Technologies, where foundational software engineering skills were honed.
