Michal Slechta is an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in brand management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for both CZ/SK and International brands at Mattoni 1873 since January 2019, Slechta has held various positions, including Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo as Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager, brand management at SAZKA a.s., and brand management at Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o., where Slechta was instrumental in launching new products and orchestrating marketing strategies. Earlier in the career, Slechta served as a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull, focusing on event and brand marketing. Slechta holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from LIGS University.
