Matthew Nance is an experienced executive leader with a diverse background in educational programming and organizational management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Mattison since December 2019, Matthew has previously held significant roles including Director of K12 Initiatives and Association Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as an Education Specialist for the National FFA Organization, where responsibilities included supervising national officers and writing leadership curricula. Matthew has also managed programs at EDGE Mentoring and led leadership development initiatives at Kiwanis International, demonstrating a strong capability in curriculum design, event management, and team supervision. With a B.A. in English Literature from DePauw University and a Master's degree in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University, Matthew Nance possesses a solid educational foundation to support extensive professional expertise.
