Melissa Brownlow has extensive experience in medical coding and auditing, currently serving as a Senior Coding/Auditor at Matthews-Vu Medical Group since May 2018 and as a Certified Professional Coder/Auditor at Mountain View Medical Group since August 2015. Previously, Melissa worked as a Certified Coding Specialist at Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. from June 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities included interpreting medical records and ensuring accurate coding based on documentation. Melissa began the professional journey as a Ward Clerk at San Luis Valley Health from March 1995 to May 2008. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Adams State University, obtained from 2001 to 2009, along with a High School Diploma in Business from Sargent High School, graduated in 1985.
