Nicole Santiago has extensive work experience in project management and recruitment services. Nicole started their career at Healthcare Communications Group in 2010, where they held the position of Project Manager until 2012. In 2012, they joined MMG and began as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, progressing to Manager of Recruitment Services in 2014. In 2016, Nicole became a Project Manager at MMG and later advanced to the role of Project Director in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Director at MMG, starting in January 2023.

Nicole Santiago completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2003 to 2007.
