Sunny Gandara is a food and wine consultant, wine educator and trained professional chef with over 15 years of experience in the food and wine industry. She holds her DWS Diploma through the WSET and is a Certified Wine Educator through the Society of Wine Educators. Sunny’s wine background ranges from buying and selling for both retail and distribution and has consulted for importers and wine clubs across the country. She also owned her own catering firm, Fork and Glass, focusing on pairing wines with foods made from local and seasonal ingredients. Sunny lives in Beacon in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York, with her chef-husband Mark and their two mastiffs, Tofu and Nacho.
