Rico Bronnimann is an experienced bartender currently working at Matthew Kenney Cuisine since September 2021. In this fast-paced role, Rico serves as the sole weeknight bartender for a 50+ seat restaurant, gaining expertise in time management, patience, and creative problem-solving. Rico contributed to the development of the fall 2021 cocktail menu, successfully creating a best-selling cocktail through effective hospitality and marketing skills. Prior to this, Rico served as a Legal Advocate and Case Management Assistant at the Central Illinois Refugee Center from September 2020 to December 2020, where responsibilities included sorting legal files, writing legal briefs, and providing translation services in French and Vietnamese. Rico also implemented a team management scheme that significantly improved communication efficiency. Rico holds a degree in Political Science & International Relations, with a focus on Public Policy, from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 2022.
