As Director of Culinary Operations, Justin Hilbert provides the leadership of performance supporting the MKTK culinary vision. He supports the growth and development of employees to ensure a superior culinary experience for all restaurants and guests. Justin is constantly identifying and implementing new techniques in order to elevate plant-based cuisine. He is originally from Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
