Head of Paid Media at Matter Made

Russell Holm has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing industry since 2009. Russell began their career as a Lead Developer at BauhausBeats, then moved on to become a Sustainability Program Manager/Intern at Lockton Companies. In 2010, they joined QuinStreet as a Manager, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Campaign Analyst, and Client Strategy & Development. In 2014, they moved to Quantcast as a Campaign Analyst, then to Kalo as a Marketing Manager in 2016. In 2018, they joined Scribd as a Growth Marketing Manager, then moved to ROI·DNA in 2019 as a Senior Manager, Digital Media Strategy. In 2020, they became the Director of Paid Media at Spring Venture Group, and in 2022 they were appointed as the Head of Paid Media at Matter Made.

Russell Holm received their High School Diploma from Redwood High School in 2005. Russell then attended the University of Southern California, graduating in 2009 with a BA in Political Science and Government with a minor in Architecture. In 2019, they obtained an ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase, and also holds a Google Analytics certification.
