Nayan Solanki is an experienced professional in program and project management with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Program Manager at Matter since October 2021, Nayan leads program activities, ensuring quality deliverables and collaboration across teams during vehicle development. Prior experience includes a role as Project Scientific Officer at the Institute For Plasma Research, where Nayan worked on high temperature super-conductor testing rig projects, involving design, simulation, and optimization of engineering processes. Nayan's career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at GEA Group, focusing on design standards and international project execution. Nayan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, completed in 2016.
