Chidambaram Rajkumar is an experienced professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as AGM - Manufacturing at Matter since March 2023. Prior to this role, Chidambaram held various positions at Valeo, including Process Team Lead from September 2010 to March 2023, focusing on new product implementation, process and capacity planning, low-cost automation, and process improvements. Chidambaram also served as Assistant Manager - Manufacturing at Visteon from September 2006 to August 2010, and as Sr. Engineer - Production Engineering at Brakes India Limited from 2002 to 2006, where responsibilities included process planning, capacity planning, layout preparation, machine development, and TPM activities. Earlier experience includes a role as Engineer - R&D at Delco Remy Electricals India Limited from August 1999 to April 2002. Chidambaram holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bharathiar University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Elumalai Polytechnic.
