Sarah Dickinson is a seasoned leader and innovator with extensive experience in organizational change, leadership, and culture. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Matter and Advisory Board Member for Aisle, Sarah also played pivotal roles at NOBL Collective as a Partner and at Future Architects as a Founding Member. Previous significant positions include Co-Founder and Managing Director of THNK - School of Creative Leadership and Co-Founder of The Academy of Tomorrow. Sarah founded Spencer and Bloom, focusing on social and design problems, and held executive strategy roles at Blast Radius. Educationally, Sarah holds a degree in Psychology and Management from the University of Leeds and completed the Creative Leadership Program at the THNK School of Leadership, further enhancing expertise in design thinking and social change.
