Kaz Brecher is a highly experienced Leadership, Teaming, and Culture Strategist & Designer currently working at Matter. As the Founder and Chief Curious Catalyst of Curious Catalyst, Inc., Kaz drives transformations by applying agile innovation principles to urban systems challenges. Kaz serves as an Innovation Strategist at Made By Us, where the focus is on using history to impact the future. Additionally, Kaz holds roles as a Senior Consultant and Leadership Facilitator at ThinkHuman, a Senior Workshop Facilitator at Experience Institute, and a Fellow at the RSA. As a Partner at Future Architects, Kaz engages with systems-level challenges, while also contributing as Core Challenge Faculty at THNK - School of Creative Leadership and Co-Founder of OuiSi Inc., a company centered around humane tech. Formerly a Senior Facilitator at NOBL Collective, Kaz has a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and completed a Fellowship in Innovation and Leadership at THNK.
