Nathan Baynard holds a BA in Psychology and Drama from Stanford University and an MBA in Entertainment Management, Marketing, and Human Resources from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Nathan has extensive experience in various marketing roles at Mattel, Inc., including Vice President, American Girl Marketing, Content & Analytics, Vice President, Global Brand Marketing - Barbie & Dolls Portfolio, and Director of Brand Marketing for Barbie. Prior to that, Nathan worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at NBC Universal and held internships at Twentieth Century Fox and New York Stage and Film. Nathan also has experience as General Manager at New York Stage and Film and as Producing Associate and Artistic Administrator at the American Conservatory Theater.
