Jarrod DeGroff has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Drafting/Math Teacher at Mattawan Consolidated School District since August 2014. Previously, Jarrod worked as a Mathematics Instructor at Wyoming Public Schools from October 2013 to June 2014 while also providing instructional support in physical education. Prior roles include a Youth Development Worker at Community in Schools, where programming focused on academic and recreational development, a landscaper at both Naylor Landscape Management, Inc. and Terra Compositions, and various positions in the education field such as a Substitute Teacher and a Para-professional at Harper Creek Community Schools. Educational qualifications include additional teaching endorsements in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching, as well as Industrial Technology Education from Western Michigan University.
