Kei Hasegawa has been working as a pastry chef in various prestigious establishments since June 2004. Currently, Kei holds the title of Pastry Chef at Matsuhisa since February 2011. Prior to this position, Kei has also worked at SASHI, Nobu Los Angeles, Amandine, and Bluff View Art District, gaining valuable experience in pastry making throughout the years.
