Bill Finley currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mat-Su Health Foundation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Finley was the Chief Financial Officer at Butterfly Pavilion from March 2020 to May 2023 and held the position of Finance Director at National Ski Patrol from February 2016 to March 2020, overseeing all financial, IT, membership processing, and HR aspects of the organization. Finley's experience also includes serving as Divisional Finance Secretary for The Salvation Army in Alaska from November 2012 to February 2016, and as Corps Officer from July 2003 to July 2012, where program management and homelessness initiatives were key responsibilities. Finley holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Colorado Christian University.
